Our online contact form can also be used to get in touch and we’ll respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, usually within one working day. If you find talking on the phone challenging, please identify this in your message to our team (via the contact form or email), and our team will liaise with you via email.

When our reception staff are attending to a client or if you are calling outside of our reception hours you will be forwarded to another line to be answered by another team member or to voicemail. Our voicemail is checked regularly during office hours. Staff will be in contact as soon as possible and we achieve same return day contact in almost all cases.

Existing Clients Please Note:

We run an active wait list and many of our psychologists can often offer same-week appointments for existing clients as other clients’ schedules change. You can ask to be put on the waitlist by phone, sms or email.

If you need to contact us outside of reception hours or if you are running late for your Saturday appointments you can send a message to the number you receive your SMS reminders from. The team’s psychologists monitor the sms line regularly when they are working; this is the first place we will check for messages.

You are always welcome to use the booking link to make appointments (except for Leia’s clients). It is also worthwhile letting our team know that you want additional sessions as we can almost always find you earlier appointments.
