and somatic experiencing techniques.

Am I a fit for you?

I believe the client-therapist relationship is fundamental for successful therapy. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space, and utilising this in helping clients overcome challenges, build emotional resilience and enhance self-awareness. I am particularly interested in understanding how early life experiences and relationships impact on present difficulties/concerns.

  • Mood disorders
  • Borderline personality disorder
  • Trauma and complex-trauma
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
