CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST MPsych(Clin) BPsych (Hons) (First Class)
This is a picture of Jenna Laroque, a clinical psychologist. She has blond hair and is wearing a white shirt and is smiling.

I’m Jenna, a Clinical Psychologist, who is endorsed with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I work in the public sector and provide private practice support through Redman Gall Psychologists at the Robina Gold Coast practice.

I believe that gaining a holistic understanding of one’s context is key to facilitating change. I take time to understand one’s past journey and current values to support them in building clear goals for their future. Once the goals have been developed, I use the clients’ strengths to guide evidence-based practice to achieve their goals and facilitate long-term change.

I work with the following presentations:

Whilst I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I use a range of other modalities based on the client’s needs and best fit. I am accredited in group and individual Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and use a range of strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT). I am also trained in various extensions in these therapeutic approaches, such as CBT-E (eating disorders), TF-CBT (trauma-focused) and Trauma-Focused ACT.
